What is Anti-Oxidant?
Anti-oxidant is the the potential of a substance to decrease oxidation and the potential to increase oxidation is called anti-oxidant.

Kangen water is a scavenger of free radicals and it is rich in hydroxyl ions which binds to hydrogen to neutralize free radicals.
